Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your poster. If something isn't right, we're here to make it good.

14-Day Returns

You may return eligible posters within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and protective tube. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Damaged on Arrival

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply email us a clear photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement right away. No need to ship the damaged piece back unless we ask.

How to Start a Return

Email axelmdt.pro@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and, where applicable, the return address. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll approve your refund and issue it to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Made-to-Order Note

Because every poster is printed on demand specifically for you, we cannot cancel or change an order once production has begun. This also means we don't accept returns for change-of-mind beyond the 14-day window. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.
