Products and Pricing

We sell museum-grade matte fine-art posters: high-resolution reproductions of public-domain French paintings. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply. We may update prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.

Made to Order

Every poster is printed individually after you purchase. Because each piece is produced on demand, please review your selection and shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors, stock or production issues, or suspected fraud. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify.

Intellectual Property

The original artworks we reproduce are in the public domain. However, our brand name, logo, site design, photography, text, and all LA GLOIRE assets are our property and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, infringe our rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." While we take great care with print quality, we make no warranties beyond those required by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Colors may vary slightly between screens and print.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA GLOIRE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
